Transformation of an underutilized rear storage shed into a modern, light-filled pottery studio for our talented client, plus an addition containing outdoor storage and a half bath. The structure maximizes exterior glass and is clad in grooved fiber cement panels for a sleeker look than traditional lap siding. The project also required master planning of the overgrown rear and side yard spaces to provide a new patio and manicured lawn, renovations to the exterior rear porch, plus accommodations for a future swimming pool,
